A Theory of Bicompletion for a Frame Quasi-Uniformity

This paper presents the bicompletion of a quasi-uniform frame. The construction is the frame counterpart of the bicompletion of a quasi-uniform space (W.F. Lindgren and P. Fletcher, A construction of the pair completion of a quasi-uniform space, Canad. Math. Bull. 21 53-59, (1978)). When the procedure outlined herein is applied to a uniform frame, our bicompletion yields the (unique) completion of the uniform frame.
