A sum formula for equivariant stable homotopy classes

One shows that the equivariant transfer for certain coincidence situations (which is an equivariant stable homotopy class) followed by an equivariant nonstable homotopy class composes to yield an arbitrary equivariant stable homotopy class. Since, under certain assumptions, the transfer decomposes as a sum of restrictions to fixed point sets of the action, a corresponding sum formula can be obtained also for more general equivariant stable homotopy classes.
