A \kappa-normal, not densely normal Tychonoff space

A space is \kappa-normal if disjoint canonical closed sets are separated by open sets. A space X is densely normal if there exists a dense Y subset or equal X such that for each pair E, F of disjoint closed subsets of X, E \cap Y and F \cap Y are separated by open sets. There is a \kappa-normal, not densely normal Tychonoff space.
