Dynamical systems admitting the normal shift

The normality equations for the Dynamical systems admitting the normal shift in the dimension 3 is reduced to the ODE of the form
y'' = Fy(x, y)(y'+1) + Fx(x, y).
Equivalence problem for the equations of this class is discussed. Exact compputational algorithm for the point-invariants of wider class of ODE is suggested.
