On spectrum of Laplacian with frequently alternating type of boundary condition

The boundary value problem for Laplacian in a two-dimential domain with frequently alternating type of boundary condition is considered. The first perturbed terms of asymptotics for the eigenvalues in the case, when the limit problem is Roben boundary value problem, are constructed.
