We consider an equal pressure two-fluid model for two-phase flows with phase change, described by a system of six balance equations with source terms. We present a numerical method tosolve this system. Then we use this method to study a low pressure slow water flow in a vertical heated pipe, this problem being a first stage to simulate a Loss Of Coolant Accident in a Pressurized Water Reactor.
