Modelling and results in fluodynamics of crystal growth from the vapour phace

The fluid-dynamics of crystal groth from vapour has been recognized as palying an important role in thechnological processes employed to grow bulk crystals or epitaxial films.
We present numerical results obtained for the new set of field equatioans (Brunett equations with slip conditions) for geomwetrical configurations of interest for crystal growth by physical bapour transport.
