o-minimality (tutorial)

The intention is to give background on o-minimality for later talks in the conference. The basic theory (the Monotonicity Theorem, Cell Decomposition, dimension) will first be developed, followed by a brief overview of o-minimal expansions of the reals. Some of the work on this by Wilkie and by van den Dries, Macintyre and Marker will be mentioned, along with the growth rates dichotomy for definable functions.
