The decision making processes related with various optimum finding problems are intrinsically connected with a number of interconnected influencing factors. The task for decision making person becomes even more complicated in apriori uncertainty concerning some influencing factors. In intellectual expert systems aimed to facilitate the man in search of the optimal decisions the knowledge base contains the information about the concrete domain. For manipulating knowledge the mechanism of extraction the new knowledge from already available should be developed. Such mechanism should include opportunities to make inductive and deductive logic derivations, to store new knowledge in existing base, and to use it in the subsequent logic derivations.
Some methods of the decisions search are developed and realized. For the description of knowledge the abstract language is based on the formalized rules of the logic theory. The process of construction of logic sequences is automated. The decision making person is provided with the means for forming and updating his own knowledge base.
The knowledge can be taken from any subject domain. The person can analyze the decision variants, derived by the automated system from different initial data, and choose the optimal decision.
