In this paper, we establish the equations which govern the motion of a liquid-filled spacecraft, in a flight with continuous traction. We found a class of particular solutions for these equations and we give sufficient conditions for their stability, with respect to some types of perturbations in initial conditions.

We use mathematical methods developed by N.Ye. Zhukovskii and V.V. Rumyantsev and we use, also, methods proposed in "Transfert Orbit Stability analysis, INMARSAT 2".

In the paper we give numerical results concerning the evolution of the perturbed solution.
