Reducible functions, asymptotic mean behaviour, and polylogarithms

We introduce the notion of reducible arithmetic functions covering multiplicative and additive functions and determine the asymptotic mean behaviour of a class of reducible functions with exponential weights. It turns out that their generating power series are closely connected with the polylogarithm functions Ls(z) and their s-derivatives.
