Completion Remainders of Q in Moore Spaces

This paper answers a question raised in the Proceedings of the American Mathematical Society by Ben Fitzpatrick, Gary Gruenhage, and James Ott by giving a characterization of the completion remainders of the rational numbers in the class of Moore spaces.
