Prevention - model of optimization

The paper presents strict mathematical model of prevention as the model of optimisation of reliability of the operation system. The basic precondition is to enable supervision (control) of the continuous functioning of the system by some other system (device). The aim is to substitute instantaneousley the ägeing" or damaged part (element) of the observed system in compliance with the warning from device which is in charge of supervision. Therefore the moment of prevention S(X, t) must be planned. Further, this model is being generalised by the strategy (plan) of the form: Si(X, t), i = 1, 2, ... where Si(X, t), is the strategy (plan) and prevention period in the rest of time t.
