Some properties of sequence spaces
by
Fernando Blasco
Universidad Politécnica de Madrid

Sequence spaces have been studied by different authors. In this talk we are particularly interested in quasinormable sequence spaces. After recalling the definition of a X-Köthe echelon space (a class of spaces which includes as a particular case the classical Köthe echelon spaces \lambdap(A)), we study several characterizations of quasinormable X-Köthe echelon spaces, obtaining conditions which are similar to different characterizations of quasinormable spaces \lambdap(A).

Next we expose another result concerning quasinormability on vector valued sequence spaces. Finally, we give some applications and related results.
