Isomorphic representations of semigroups by bicharacters

We study the question of the possibility to present semigroup as the semigroup of bicharacters of some groups. We prove that for comutative semigroup C there exist semigroups A and B such, that S is imbedded into F(A, B, R+) if and only if C is separatable without torsion.
