A p-local Milnor-Moore theorem for loop space homology modulo torsion

Let X be a finite, simply connect CW complex. We show that, after localizing at a sufficiently large prime p, the loop space homology algebra of X (modulo p-torsion) is the universal enveloping algebra of the p-local homotopy Lie algebra of X (modulo p-torsion). Ramifications for loop space decompositions are discussed.
