Convenient improvement of (q)(A)Unif.

The categories (q)Unif (and their quantified versions) are inconvenient w.r.t. e.g. cartesian closedness and consequently also fail to be topological universes. (Alternative) Descriptions of improvements of these categories, and more specifically, cartesian closed topological and topological universe hulls are presented.
