Nonlinear Stability and Optimization Techniques

Selected nonlinear stability and optimization techniques are briefly reviewed in terms of their contrasts and inherent relationships with one another. Then the following categories of aerospace examples,different than those developed in ICNPAA-2000, are used to illustrate the techniques for both the deterministic and stochastic cases: 1)Communication, 2)Navigation, 3) Control, 4) Guidance.
