On cercles de remplissage

Let p > 1. Meromorphic functions f on C satisfing the condition |z||f¢(z)|/(1+|f(z)|2)=O(|z|p-1) as |z| ® ¥, are considered.

The value distribution of these functions is studied from the point of view of normality and cercles de remplissage (filling disks).
