Using GenStat for Microarray Analysis

AgResearch has now used GenStat for microarray analyses for a year. This talk will discuss the modelling using REML that we have used. The issues involved in maintaining data integrity throughout the process will also be explored. The graphics and output produced will also be covered. Finally our approach to designing microarray trials will be described.
