In the Euclidean plane we define a rational irreducible continuum that admits a fixed-point-free map and has the condition that each of its tranches has the fixed-point property. Our construction is based on a special simple spiral that limits on a double Warsaw circle. The closure of this spiral has the fixed-point property.
