The Hückel Molecular Orbital Theory applied to the solution of Schrödinger's equation for molecular graphs deals with the energy of the Pi-electrons in Carbon structures. We show that the Pi-electrons of tubular fullerenes with dodecahedral caps share certain common energy levels. Of particular interest is the presence of Non- Bonding Orbitals (NBMOs) in fullerenes which is relatively rare. We determine the substructures that are responsible for the NBMOs.
