On the Two Approach for Construction of the High Order of Accuracy Difference Schemes for the Second Order Differential Equations

In the present paper we consider the two step difference schemes generated by an exact difference scheme or by the Taylor's decomposition on the three points for the numerical solutions of an initial-value problem and a boundary value problem for second order differential equations .
