Centralizers of parabolic subgroups of even Coxeter groups

We give a complete description of the centralizer and the center of an arbitrary parabolic subgroup wWTw-1 of an even Coxeter system (W, S), in terms of the generators S of this system. The centralizer and the center are themselves even Coxeter groups which are convex in (W, S).
