Blow up of solutions to the Zakharov system
by
Marisela Guzmān Gōmez
University Autonomus Metropolitan-Mexico

In this talk I present a new result of blow up of solutions to the system
i\psit +\Delta\psi = n\psi,

ntt -\Delta n = \Delta(|\psi|2)
with negative hamiltonian. Thai is, if the initial condition (\psi0, n0, nt0) has negative hamiltonian, there exists a finite time t0 such that the unique solution to the Zakharov system satisfies that limt --> t0||Ņ\psi(t)||=\infty.
