On maximum principle and existence solution for elliptic non cooperative systems

In this paper, we will be concerned with an elliptic non cooperative system with variable coefficients; defined on an unbounded exterior domain ; of R^N;(N 3). We will give a necessary and sufficient conditions to obtain maximum principle. We will deduce existence of a positive solutions for linear systems involving Schrödinger operators and semilinear systems.
