Relationship between Optimal Derivative and Asymptotic Stability of a nonlinear O.D.E

In this Communication, we expose a Relationship between the Optimal Derivative and Asymptotic Stability of a nonlinear O.D.E near the equilibrium point. The Optimal Derivative, introduced by Arino - Benouaz (1995), is a sort of global linearization by opposition to the nonlinear pertubation of a linear equation, which is different from the classical linearization in the neighborhood of the stationary point. The Following approach is the type of optimization. Our results are in the line of the work develloped by Arino-Benouaz ( 2000, 2003).
