On p-Laplacian ant p-biharmonic operators

Nonlinear operator p-Laplacian occurs in several physical contexts according to the value of the exponent p. In this paper, we survey some recent results relating to the study of the spectrum of this operator, register the influence of its eigenvalues on the solvability of certain Partial Differential Equations (PDEs) and we indicate some open related problems. We introduce also some qualitative results of the p-biharmonic operator.
