On a problem of oscillations of an ideal incompressible fluid in a cilinder.

The spectrum of an operator generated by the problem of oscillations of an ideal incompressible fluid in a rotating cilinder is considered. The basis property of eigenfunctions corresponding to the eigenvalues of this problem is proved.
