Obtained results of geophysical investigations and necessity of their exact physical interpretation make the development of adequate model of pyramid very important. This model shall explain the most notable experimental effects: concentration and amplification of intensity (amplitude of vibration displacement) of seismic waves; anomalously high level of seismic-acoustic emission (especially inside the pyramid) and electromagnetic radiation, accompanying this emission, as well as to explain detected spectral peaks for certain geophysical (free oscillations of the Earth) and astrophysical (frequencies of radio pulses from pulsars) processes. The close analogs are the laboratory and geophysical, natural and artificial concentrators of vibrations in form of pyramid, which earlier were offered (1971 - 1972) for detection of gravitational waves by seismic methods. Model of pyramid-concentrator shall consider the state and structure of the pyramid's medium and the surface geologic structure under its basement (hundreds meters, first kilometers). Functionally and according to form it is possible to select some groups among the gravitational antennas and ultrasound concentrators (stepped, conical, two- and more stage amplification), which closely correspond to Egyptian pyramids. However, the more deep analysis results in principal difficulties. Consideration of the most expected effect - focusing of seismic energy, detected the essential disagreement with acceptable theoretical estimations. Amplification factor K of pyramid for amplitudes of seismic signals could not exceed 4 - 10, but the results of experiment on the small outside western (conical) pyramid near the Great pyramid of Menkaur absolutely disagree with theory, and K> 50 - 100. The other principally compelling difficulty is the impossibility of adjustment of pyramid as tow-stage amplifier. The model of pyramid shall explain the permanent high level of internal seismic-acoustic emission and accompanying electromagnetic emission. The geometry of pyramid is such that the growth of the weight load is accompanied by the growth of the area, on which the load is applied, so within the concept of continuous medium the electromagnetic radiation could not be observed in spite of the experimental data. So in general the emission processes are in conflict with the model of the continuous medium. Taking into account the above mentioned facts and block structure of pyramids, the system with periodical structure is accepted as the seismic-physical model of pyramid. Such systems have the single apparatus acceptable for analysis of oscillation processes and propagation of waves of different nature (for example, equations of Matje, Fokker-Plank and their modifications).
