The Moscow urbanized area and tectonic activization: the present and the future.

The Moscow region is in aseismic zone of Russian platform that excludes occurrence of seismicity in classical understanding. Probably classical induced seismicity also is impossible. On the other hand, in Moscow various display of local tectonic activity is observed. Are most typical #1086; #1087; #1086; #1083; #1079; #1085; #1077; #1074; #1099; #1077; processes, the part from which results in catastrophic consequences (the accident of Aquapark: 29 victims, hundreds wounded persons). The majority of researchers geologists, geophysics, leading experts on construction came to the conclusion, that the region of such megacity as Moscow now is in a condition of local tectonic activization. The reasons are regional geological features, active megacity effect on an environment, expert recommendation ignoring by civil engineering firms. As occurrence geodynamic unstable, seismically dangerous zones as practice shows, are almost inevitable it is necessary to start development of the general algorithm of an estimation and
