Asymptotic behavior of Condition Numbers of finite Toeplitz Matrices.

We consider in this report asymptotic behavior of finite Toeplitz Matrices if dimension of matrices tends to infinity. It considered different cases of symbols of Toeplitz matrices:
1. Symbol does not vanish on unit circle and has zero winding number.
2. Symbol does not vanish on unit circle and haz nonzero winding number.
3. Symbol vanish on unit circle
