Abstract

In this paper, in the event of the behavior of solutions of model of HIV dynamics and the effects of decreasing activated infected T-cell count by filtration, rate of proliferation of T-cells, rate of proliferation of latently infected T-cells, rate of proliferation of actively infected T-cells, natural death rate of T-cells, death rate of latently infected T-cells, death rate of actively infected T-cells, death rate of virions, rate that healthy cells become latently infected, rate that latently infected cells become active are random variables with triangular and normal distribution, the viral dynamical model is undertaken and analyzing the solution of this model with Runge–Kutta method and computing the first four moments of be the concentration of healthy T-cells per, the concentration of latently infected T-cells, the concentration of actively infected T-cells and free virus particles with Monte Carlo method expected value, variance, standard deviation and confidence interval are calculated. Furthermore graphic simulation is constituted to benefit from numerical methods.
