Is the product of two planar graphs a planar graph ? Or can two non planar graphs have their product non planar ? These questions are investigated here with focus on the Kronecker product of K2 with complete multipartite graphs and their subdivisions.

We exhibit a family of forbidden patterns, and characterize which subdivisions of multipartite graphs have their product with K2 planar.
