Bernoulli decomposition, anti-concentration bounds and universal Anderson localization

We prove localization for random Schroedinger operators with arbitrary non degenerate single site probability. To do this, we prove a general anti-concentration bound for certain functions of independant random variables. The latter itself follows from a new Bernoulli decomposition of general random variables.
