Construction of Nested Partially Balanced Incomplete Block Designs

This paper provides a new method of construction of Nested Partially Balanced Incomplete Block Designs (NPBIBD) through saturated orthogonal arrays, in which block classification as well as sub-block classification leaves a PBIB design based on same association scheme both on blocks and sub-blocks. These designs are based on cyclic association scheme.
