On the set function R

A continuum is a compact connected metric space. A continuum X is homogeneous provided that for each pair of points x, y ∈ X, there exists a homeomorphism h: X→ X such that h(x)=y.

David P. Bellamy and Lewis Lum defined the set function R to study arcwise connected homogeneous continua. We study such a set function defined on arcwise connected continua.
