We show that under small perturbation (in order \epsilon) of lump (soliton) for Davey-Stewartson II equation, the scattering data gain the nonsoliton structure. As a result, the solution has the form of the Fourier type integral. Asymptotical analysis shows that in spite of the dispersion, the principal term ot the asymptotic expansion for the solution has the solitary wave form up to large time (in order \epsilon-1).
