Minors of some matrices associated with a tree

We consider mixed trees, that is, trees in which only some edges may be directed.

A combinatorial description of all the minors of the Moore Penrose inverse of the incidence matrix of a tree is obtained. The result is then used to derive a formula for all the minors of the Moore Penrose inverse of the Laplacian matrix. We also discuss minors of the edge version of the Laplacian matrix.
