Algebras of polynomials and invariant subspaces

Let f be an analytic function. Let Lf(H) be the class of all operators T on the Hilbert space H such that T and f(T) have the same invariant subspaces. A description of the interior of this class (and some other ones) in terms of various parts of the spectrum will be given.
