Numerical Signature Curves

In the problem of object recognition one is interested in properties which are invariant under various subgroups of the projective group. It is well known that a signature curve uniquely identifies a curve up to a group transformation. In this paper we look at numerically computing the signature curve for the full projective group and other subgroups of interest.
