Locally Connected Compactifications of Frames

Necessary and sufficient conditions are given for an arbitrary completely regular frame to have a locally connected compactification. The conditions given are in terms of the concepts of weak property S and uniform local uniform connectedness, both of which are uniform concepts in the sense of being defined for uniform frames.
