We develop a second order accurate immersed interface method for heat equations with singular sources along an arbitrary but fixed interface. The solution may be non-smooth or even discontinuous. The method is based on immersed interface method and operator splitting. Theoretical analysis and numerical examples are given to show the efficiency of our algorithm.
