We consider the equations of stationary, viscous, imcompressible magnetohydrodynamics in a bounded three-dimentional domain with mixed boundary conditions. The flow is described by the Navier-Stockes and Maxwell's equations. We will show that the system of differential equations together with prescribed boundary conditions is equivalent to a certain variational problem and prove its well-posedness (existence and uniqueness of its solution) for small data.
