Primitive Ideal Space of Toeplitz Algebras of Totally Ordered Groups

Suppose T(\Gamma) is the Toeplitz algebra associated with a totally ordered abelian group \Gamma. We parametrize the primitive ideals in T(\Gamma), and then we describe the hull-kernel topology in terms of this parametrization.
