Flow Equivalence and Graph Groupoid Isomorphism

We examine graph operations which preserve the flow equivalence class of the vertex matrix of a given graph. We give conditions under which these operations preserve the graph groupoid, a construct of Kumjian, Pask, Raeburn, and Renault.
