Classification of Simple Nuclear C*-algebras and Quantized Spaces

We will discuss the current development of theory of classification of finite nuclear C*-algebras. A new rank for C*-algebras will be introduced. Some applications of some of these results will be given. In particular, applications to quantized topological spaces will be discussed.
