A property of totally ordered monoids of rank 2.

In this presentation, I will continue to explore the properties of totally ordered commutative monoids - which I call tomonoids. I will show that every positive tomonoid of rank 2 is a convex Rees quotient of a subtomonoid of a totally ordered abelian group.
