We consider unbounded Toeplitz operators defined in the Segal-Bargmann spaces of entire vector-valued functions (i.e. the space of entire functions defined on Cn and square-intergrable with respect to the Gaussian measure). We present main problems concerning these operators and, among others, some partial results on description of adjoint of Toeplitz operator. The last-mentioned topic is related to problem of polynomial L2-approximation of entire functions as well as selfadjointness of some infinite matrices.
