Decay of correlations of some almost Anosov systems

A diffeomorphism f of a compact manifold is called almost Anosov if it is hyperbolic everywhere except for a finite set of points. We assume that the set contains one point, and the differential of f at the point is identity. It is known that some systems have SRB measures. We show that the rates of decay of correlations of such systems are polynomial, and the degrees are given by coefficients of the third order terms in the Taylor expansions of f at the point.
